One of the most popular sex symbols in English history, Jayne Mansfield was known for her cheerful good looks and her remarkable bust which would end up being the focus of her acting career.


Sadly though, there was another side to Mansfield... she had a reputed IQ of 163, spoke several languages and raised five children. She played the piano and violin. She studied drama and physics at University.

You would think that a highly intelligent woman would succeed on many levels, but Mansfield was typecast into one thing: a sex symbol with breasts that everyone wanted to see. Even Sophia Loren:

She had quite a film career and posed for Playboy, acted on stage and recorded an album. Along with Marilyn Monroe, she represented the ultimate American girl: blonde with a knockout figure. Across the ocean, boys in foreign lands would gaze longingly at their posters of Too Hot To Handle
