I came across a site, for a vintage lace business, established in the 1970's, in Britian.

It's Mendes

Lovely, charming pieces, and they have jewelry as well. Here's a piece from 1908:

Here's the complete listing on that particular, lovely, piece:
"Stock no. Y5/7 is an Art Nouveau enamel pendant (hallmarked Birmingham 1908 - makers mark S & E) The decoration is of 3 irises set within bands of matching colours. The condition is good. Price; £160 (GBP)"
Almost 100 years old...
