While strolling the internet, I came across something that I think is kind of unique. There are plenty of places to shop online, and most of them search across multiple sites to find you the best deals. I found a site that seemed to take it a step further. The site is designed to read like a wiki. Like wikipedia or any number of other wiki style sites you find a topic, and the wiki tells you all about that topic. In the article are links to related items about what you searched for.

Shopwiki does something similar, but with items like Men's Pants. From there, you can search within the category to sub-categories like the type and style of pant you are looking for. Once you've reached the item you are looking for, Shopwiki will show you matching items, the list of stores they are available at, and than show you the best choice as well. The site looks at any online retailer, not just sponsored advertisers vying to be at the top of the list.

I decided to give it a try. I went looking for a suit for business meetings and weddings. I needed something versatile. I navigated to Men's Suits. From there I was presented with a wiki style page with a list of choices, and details about those choices. “What's a Suit?” was the first choice on the list. So even if you've never done this before, you'll be pretty knowledgeable by the time you are done.

I chose a Double Breasted suit. From the list of choices of retailers, I decided to refine my search. In the top search box I added 'charcoal' to the list and got a list of charcoal double breasted suits. The amount of choices I was presented with was astounding. The best part was, some of these suits looked fantastic and were incredibly reasonable in terms of price. The site was clean, and easy to read. Than I realized something. I saw more options I didn't notice before. A slider bar for things like price, and color, and check boxes for selecting a certain few retailers or select brand names.

Wow. I found a suit in less than 10 minutes. My wife thinks it's wonderful, and so do I.

Fashion Updates:
I'm inviting vintage clothing sites to let me blog about their wares.
Should be fun, I've found some amazing stuff this way.

Also, I am working on a redesign of the site including a new Banner.

Next Level Blogging:Internet Radio

June 10th 2010 00:44

You've put in the time making your blog the best that it can be. You've built up a huge following, built quality backlinks, SEO optimized your site to the hilt. Somehow you still don't feel satisfied. You still feel as if you aren't being heard. Well, now you can take your blog to the next level with Internet Radio.

Talk Radio is big business, but up until now it was something only for political pundits, and financial wizards to ply their art with. In the last few years, a new trend is emerging that is allowing amateurs to take their message straight to the people. You can now be heard as well as read by your flock of faithful followers.
If you've ever wanted to be a radio personality, now is your chance.

Sites that allow you to setup your own internet show, set your time slot, and broadcast live, or pre-recorded are gaining ground on the internet. You can put up links on your blog, tweet your shows times to your followers on twitter, and with a little bit of work, use technologies like VOIP to put callers on the air while you talk. How great is that?

Without the need for hundreds of thousands of dollars for equipment, microphones, mixing boards, or a huge staff of interns, you can be an Online Radio personality. You might need to invest in a small USB mixing device, and a decent microphone and stand, but beyond that, it is all about you and what you have to say. You can be a star, all from the comfort of your own home.

Buying the right eyeglasses can be a chore. With so many frame styles to choose from, it's difficult to find the right match. It shouldn't be too bulky, or so thin that you could break them easily. What do you do if you want a pair of glasses that will suit your needs without sacrificing style?

A good place to start is Rimless eyeglasses. Rimless eyeglasses are frames that have little or no frame wrapping around the lenses themselves. This gives the glasses a more streamlined look, and makes them less obtrusive. Two styles that are quite prominent are the full rimless which only anchor the lens at the very edges where the stems that fit over your ears attach. The other is what is known as a half-rim. In this design the top half of the lenses are covered by a frame, but the bottom is not. Both designs look trendy, and with less frame, the glasses are light weight as well.

Surprisingly, even the frames that are fully rimless are usually quite sturdy. So there's little fear of these glasses breaking easily. Most eyeglass specialists have no trouble fitting your prescription in to any of these frames, so there is no need to worry about a problem when getting your new frame outfitted with your prescription lenses.

You can find these frames from such notable companies as Prada, Gucci, Liz Claiborne, and Kam Dhillon. With plenty of styles to choose from, you will look trendy and smart, and with many of these frames being inexpensive, you don't need to worry about breaking the bank.

Recently, my friend Paul broke up with his longtime girlfriend and wanted to get out and try something different. He confided in me that he was sick of the club scene, bars were not his thing, and despite his mothers insistence, he was convinced he wouldn't find a date in church.

I convinced Paul to set up a couple of online profiles on dating sites to see what would happen. He made a few connections, but something still didn't seem right. He felt that for him, just putting up a profile wasn't enough, he wanted some adventure. I suddenly had an idea I thought he would like. Speed dating

Los Angeles police said that Haim's death appeared to be accidental and may have been due to an overdose, but that no illicit drugs were found at the scene. However, Haim had been ill with flu-like symptoms for two days before his death and his publicist discounted the possibility of an overdose, citing his recent clean living. There are numerous websites of wholesale Ed Hardy collections which sure go easy on one's pocket. Making it successful with a sought after designer label at such attractive prices as 20 and 30$ is definitely a great bargain! Who would not want to sport a similar T shirt or a cap like Madonna? The collection draws its name from the man himself-Ed Hardy, a native of California USA known world over for his technically brilliant art collection of tattoos. He spent a few years in Japan acquiring a rich knowledge of traditional Japanese art and tattoo designs which he later incorporated in his art collection

Antique Jewels

Jewelry, universally, could definitely add statement to a person's appearance. Not only by wearing but simply by owning antique jewelry would make the owner stand out from the rest. Particular old jewelries do not just have beauty and elegance, the story it brings from the moment it was made through the times it has gone by is what contributes to its allure.

So, what is vintage culture without vintage clothing? Or clothing that looks vintage at least. If you really want that pin up girl look but don't have the time to pick through piles of crap a the Salvation Army you should seriously consider heading on over to pinupgirlclothing.com

They have a great selection of world class looking threads and really hot models to show it off with. You can see Masuimi Max (she's one of my favorites.)and a host of other hotties showing off the pinup girls wares, err wears? They have dresses, swim wear, shoes, streetwear, men's clothing, Halloween customs, and more! Here's a couple of examples
